Check your spam and promotions folders first, the email comes from our sending address and sometimes lands there. Still nothing? Email [email protected] with the address you used at checkout and we'll re-send your secure download link right away.
Can I get off your email list?
Yes, instantly. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it once and you're out, no login, no hoops. You can also email us and we'll remove you by hand.
Is a certain food or ingredient safe for my dog?
For anything health-related, please ask your veterinarian, they know your dog and we don't. Our blog covers a lot of common "can dogs eat this" questions with sources, but it's general information, not medical advice for your specific pet.
Do you do brand partnerships or sponsorships?
Sometimes, if the product is genuinely something we'd give Bear or Charlotte. Email us with the details. We turn down far more than we accept, because a recommendation you can't trust is worthless to everyone.
